Akens \ Nordburg is seeking German IT-solutions company highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer (m/f) to enlarge the Spanish based Team.
Location: 100% remote from Spain
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather information about users’ behavior and needs.
- Creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design ideas.
- Designing user interfaces that are attractive and easy to use, taking into account brand guidelines and design standards.
- Developing intuitive and efficient interaction patterns that improve usability.
- Planning and conducting usability tests to validate and optimize design solutions.
- Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are technically feasible and meet business requirements.

Anforderungen
Higher vocational or university degree in one of the following fields: science, mathematics, computer science or engineering.
At least 10 years of practical experience as a UX/UI designer.
Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision.
Knowledge of visual design, typography, colour theory, layout and responsive design.
Understanding of HTML and CSS and their impact on design.
Experience in the development and maintenance of design systems.
Competence in creating accessible user interfaces.
Openness to familiarising yourself with new technologies.
English (C1): required for documentation, collaboration, and communication in an international environment.
German (B1): highly valued for working with German-speaking clients and teams.
